Stronger, smoother ocean swimming...

A step up from Swim Start, these sessions cover around 2 km and focus on building strength, fine-tuning technique, and improving efficiency in open water. Similar to a pool squad, sessions include warm-up drills, a main set, and a cool-down, with weekly focuses on endurance, kick, speed, and strength to keep training dynamic and rewarding. Perfect for confident pool swimmers and experienced ocean swimmers to improve stamina and consistency.


Limited to 25 - 40 people | COST: $20 per session

6 Weekly Sessions

Swimmers are split into two ability groups on Monday and Thursday at 5:30 am and 7:00 am.
