A step up from Swim Start, these sessions cover distances of around 2 km and focus on building strength, refining technique, and improving efficiency in open water. Similar to a pool squad, sessions include warm-up drills, a main set, and a cool-down, with weekly focuses on endurance, kick, speed, and strength to keep training dynamic and rewarding. Perfect for confident pool swimmers and experienced ocean swimmers to improve stamina and consistency.
