Sessions (PC&CO Swim/Start/Squad/Surf/Saturday/Friends/Triathlete)

• No fee: Changes can be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Full fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur the full session fee.

• Conditions beyond your ability: If you cancel within 24 hours because you’re not comfortable with the surf conditions, you will receive a credit only if you are present at the session.

• Transfer: If surf conditions feel beyond your ability, you can request to move your booking to Swim Squad on the same day, when available.

• Weather or safety: If a session is cancelled due to unsafe or adverse conditions, your account will be credited.

Foundation

• No fee: Changes can be made more than 7 days before the first day of the scheduled course.

• 10% admin fee: Refunds requested more than 7 days before the first day of the course will incur a 10% administration fee.

• Full fee: Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will incur the full course fee.

• No refund: Missed or cancelled sessions during the course are non-refundable.

• Make-up sessions: Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Program

• No fee: Changes can be made more than 72 hours before the scheduled time.

• 10% admin fee: Refunds requested more than 72 hours before your scheduled program will incur a 10% administration fee.

• Full fee: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled program will incur the full program fee.

• Make-up sessions: A place in a future program will only be offered 3 days before the program, and is subject to availability.

Appointment

• No fee: Changes can be made more than 72 hours before the session time at no charge. 

• 10% admin fee: Refunds requested more than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 10% administration fee.

• Full fee: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur the full session fee.

Coach Cancellation (Appointment)

• Reschedule: If more than 72 hours’ notice is given, the appointment will be rescheduled within 14 days.

• Complimentary appointment: If cancelled within 72 hours, one complimentary appointment will be provided. This must be used within 21 days.

• Weather and safety: Appointments cancelled due to unsafe or adverse conditions will be rescheduled.

Transfer Policy

• Eligible transfers: Sessions may be transferred to an immediate family member (partner, parent, child, or sibling) who meets all participation requirements.
