SWIM SESSIONS (PC&CO Swim Start / Squad / Surf / Saturday)

Changes are permitted up to 24 hours before the session. If a person cancels within this time frame, they will be charged for their reserved spot.

SWIM FOUNDATION

Changes are permitted up to 7 days before your first session, with a 10% fee on refunds. If a person cancels within this time frame, they will be charged for their reserved spot.

PROGRAM

Changes are permitted up to 7 days before the session, with a 10% fee applied to refunds. If a person cancels within 7 days of the session, they will be charged for their reserved spot. A place in a future session can only be offered if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before the session.

SWIM APPOINTMENT

Client Cancellation: Changes are permitted up to 72 hours before the session, but if a person cancels within this time frame, they will be charged for their pre-booked session.

Coach Cancellation: When the coach cancels with more than 72 hours' notice, we ensure the session is promptly rescheduled within 14 days. When the coach cancels with less than 72 hours' notice, we offer our clients one complimentary session upon rescheduling. This complimentary session must be utilised within 14 days.

Uncontrollable Circumstances: We will reschedule if a session is cancelled due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather or surf conditions.
