If you love the idea of ocean swimming but aren’t sure where to start, this introductory class will help you take that first step. Offered as part of the GC Social Sport Program, it’s designed for complete beginners who feel nervous in deep water and can only swim a few strokes before needing to stop. You’ll learn how to breathe rhythmically, coordinate arm movements, and develop ocean awareness.
